DELIVERY & RETURN

Delivery

Your order will be shipped internationally, using premium delivery service options. Please note some carriers company might not be available in your region. 

Processing Time

Orders made before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders made after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. 

Delivery Time

Europe and USA: 3 to 5 days

Rest of the World: 4 to 8 days

Shipping times may vary. We work closely with our trusted carriers to limit the delays, however, David Koma does not take responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance.

Should you not receive your order, please contact us within 10 days from dispatch. After that, we cannot guarantee a refund. 

 

Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation and tracking upon the dispatch of your order. You can check the delivery status by entering a tracking number on the carrier’s website.

If the courier is not able to deliver your order, your order will be shipped back to us and we will refund you minus the shipping cost.

Changes to your order

If you need to make changes to the details of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that no changes will be permitted after the order is dispatched.

You can cancel your order for any reason, up until the order is dispatched. After that, you will not be able to cancel the order

Duties and Taxes

All import duties and taxes charged by the destination country will included at checkout.

 

Stock Items

Eligibility for Refund: If you purchase a stock item (a product that is not custom-made) from our online store, you can return it for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date it was delivered to you.

Condition of Returned Items: The item must be unused and in its original condition (meaning it should not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged). It should also include all original packaging, tags, and accessories that came with it.

Made-To-Order & Bespoke Items

No Returns or Refunds: If you order a Made-To-Order or Bespoke item, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Why? These items are specially created based on your unique measurements, design specifications, or preferences, making them one-of-a-kind and not resell-able.

Final Sale Policy: Once you place an order for a custom item, the purchase is final, meaning it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.
