Eligibility for Refund: If you purchase a stock item (a product that is not custom-made) from our online store, you can return it for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date it was delivered to you.

Made-To-Order & Bespoke Items

No Returns or Refunds: If you order a Made-To-Order or Bespoke item, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Why? These items are specially created based on your unique measurements, design specifications, or preferences, making them one-of-a-kind and not resell-able.

Final Sale Policy: Once you place an order for a custom item, the purchase is final, meaning it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.

The size is a adjustable  top with criss cross bands in back and you can adjust in between sizes , however as it’s made to order for exact sizing and measurements you can contact
